Notice of Conditions – Charity donation

Notice of Conditions – Charity donation for each attending delegate at the live Derivatives & Quant Conference 2021

The Charity Donation

Societe Generale (“SG”) will make a €20 donation to the charity Care International for every delegate that joins the live Derivatives & Quant Conference 2021. This excludes attendance by employees from SG, Infopro, Risk.net and Care International.

Participation

Delegate attendance at the live virtual conference must be for a minimum block of 15 minutes, on either the first or second day in order to activate the €20 donation.
Each attending delegate will activate a maximum of €20 donation, regardless of how many times they join the live conference.
Accumulative parts of time in attending the live conference which are less than 15 minutes, will not be considered for the Charity donation.
It is free to participate in the live conference, subject to eligibility criteria*, and free to participate in the charitable donation by SG.

Start and End Time

Participation at the live event is from UK time 09:00hrs-17:00hrs on 19th October and 08:30hrs-16:30hrs on 20th October.

Care International will be notified of the amount to be donated to them by email by November 19th 2021.
The donation will be sent to Care International no later than 60 days after being notified.
If the donation cannot be made to Care International due to circumstances outside of SG’s control or if there are any reasons why SG, in its discretion, wishes to change the Charity to receive the Donation, the monies will be instead donated to another approved partner charity of SG.
