Olivier DHEZ is Director of Business Development and Marketing at Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions. He has developed expertise in innovation management, product development and business development. He worked for over a decade at ISORG as R&D program manager in the field of image sensors and photodiodes, and as business development manager in the biometrics and X-ray markets. He was also manager at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, one of the world’s largest producers of synchrotron light. He founded a start-up company to market the developments made during his research works He holds a doctorate in chemical physics from the University of Bordeaux I, and also an MBA in Technology Innovation Management from the Grenoble School of Management. He has published more than 20 articles in international scientific journals.
Vincent Gaillard was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Société du Grand Paris in January 2018. He is member of the Executive Committee.
He was previously the CEO of M-squared Finance a consulting boutique specialising in financial risk management. He began his career in 1996 in the treasury department of PetroFina in Dallas and then moved to Fina Investment in Brussels where he was responsible for asset allocation and fixed income portfolios management for TotalFina insurance companies and pension funds. In 2000, he joined the finance division of Réseau Ferré de France (the French railway infrastructure manager) where he held various position as trader, head of funding, head of financial market operations, treasury & finance director before becoming CFO until 2015.
A graduate from the Burgundy School of Business, he received his MBA in Finance from the Neeley School of Business (Texas Christian University). He teaches financial risk management at Arts et Métiers (MS Global Risk Management).
Jean-Michel Gauthier is Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris and Executive Director of the Energy & Finance Chair.
As a partner at Deloitte, he served many years as Global Leader, Energy & Resources for Deloitte Corporate Finance. He has advised several large energy groups, governments, as well as the European Commission, and is today a recognised expert on energy economics, markets and regulations.
Jean-Michel has over 25 years of energy sector experience. Before he joined Deloitte in 2001, Jean-Michel spent 12 years at Total where he developed oil and gas projects in Asia, Russia, the Middle East and Europe.
Jean-Michel is an alumnus of Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris. He is Agrégé de l'Université and has a Research Master in Public Law and Politics.
Dr. Kirsten Häger is Head of Sustainable Finance at the Ministry of Finance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). NRW was the first German State to issue Sustainability Bonds in 2015. Since then NRW has issued seven Sustainability Bonds with an outstanding volume of more than 13bn Euros. In 2014, Dr. Kirsten Häger joined the Ministry of Finance where she is currently - among other things - responsible for the State’s Sustainability Bond, investor relations and sustainable fiscal policy. She is also a member of the working group for the State’s Sustainability Strategy.
Olivier started his career at LCL as a project director for market activities. Then, he joined Exane in 2001 where he held various positions for almost 10 years, from business development to Group Head of Compliance.
After a training experience for financial experts, Olivier joined Lumo in 2014 in order to put his skills at the service of the real and citizen economy, and contribute to crowdfunding mechanisms. He is now President of Lumo since 2019.
Created in 2012, and part of Societe Generale group since 2018, Lumo is the positive impact investment platform dedicated to ecological transition.
Anna-Karin Jatko was appointed Director General of EKN on April 1st, 2016, previously serving on the Board between 2005-2010. Having been the Permanent Secretary at the Government Offices for the previous six years, she has extensive experience of strategic and operational responsibility in the public sector.
Prior to this she held various posts as a director at the Ministry of Finance, including Deputy National Budget Director.
Navindu Katugampola is the Head of Sustainable Investing for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s (MSIM) Fixed Income and Liquidity teams. He joined the firm in 2004 and has 17 years of industry experience. Navindu was previously the Head of Green & Sustainability Bond Origination for Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets group. In this role he helped issuers raise over $80Bn in Green, Social & Sustainability Bonds and led landmark transactions, and served on both the Executive Committee and the Advisory Council of the Green and Social Bond Principles. Navindu was also previously the Head of Sovereign, Supranational and Agency Debt Origination for Morgan Stanley. In addition to his MSIM role, Navindu works with MS EMEA Firm Management on cross-divisional Sustainable Finance initiatives, product innovation and policy & regulatory engagement. Navindu received a B.A. in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, graduating with 1st class honours. He has completed all 3 levels of the CFA® exams.
Colleen Keenan is a senior financial officer in the Investor Relations and Sustainable Finance team at the World Bank Treasury. She is responsible for outreach on the issuance programs of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA). One of her areas of focus is reporting and disclosure on World Bank Sustainable Development Bonds and Green Bonds. This includes development of IBRD’s Sustainable Development Bond framework and inaugural impact report. She works with the socially responsible and impact investing community and other market stakeholders to promote sustainable capital markets. This includes representing the World Bank on the executive committee of the Green Bond, Social Bond, and Sustainability Bond Principles.
Before joining the World Bank, Colleen worked at microfinance and international aid organizations focused on poverty alleviation and advocacy. She also spent almost 10 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York, where she focused on client services and marketing for institutional international equity and global asset allocation products. She holds an M.A. in Economics and International Development from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
Joshua joined Insight in May 2015 and leads the responsible investment programme, focusing on ESG integration, stewardship and policy, ESG strategy and research. Joshua sits on several ESG advisory groups, including the PRI credit risk and ratings initiative and the Investment Association. Prior to joining Insight Joshua held several responsible investment roles, including at MSCI, GMI Ratings and as one of the first dozen employees at UN Principles for Responsible Investment. Joshua is enrolled on the Henley Business School EMBA programme, holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from the University of London and a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK. Joshua’s co-edited book Responsible Investment in Fixed Income is scheduled for publication by Routledge later in the year.
Dr. Pooja Khosla is an econometrician and data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, econometrics and statistics. Dr. Khosla’s career includes international experience in microfinance & mutual fund modeling and analysis.
As a Graduate Instructor at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Dr. Khosla designed and delivered undergraduate Microeconomics coursework. She has also taught Macroeconomics, Statistics with Computers and Mathematical Economics. Her work included assisting students in using R and MS Excel for data analysis and statistical software packages such as STATA and MATLAB.
As a Lecturer at Amity University in Rajasthan, India Dr. Khosla designed and delivered course work in Business Statistics for undergraduate and graduate Business Administration candidates
Dr. Khosla also worked as a research analyst at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India participating in a number of investment analysis projects including the study of the determinants of investment portfolios belonging to Indian middle
class professionals using a Multivariate Regression Model, analysis of pricing strategies adopted by Indian mutual fund companies targeting rural Indian markets and a study of pricing insurance products in rural Indian markets.

François Lefebvre is General Manager of Bpifrance Assurance Export, mandated by the French State to manage on its behalf export credit guarantees. Before joining Bpifrance, François held several positions in the World Bank, lately helping Governments improve their public debt management. He had previously worked in the French Treasury and EBRD on export financing and the regulation of public finance entities. François is an alumni of ENA, holds an MBA from ESSEC, and an economics degree from Sciences-Po.
Daniel leads New Business Development for Electric Mobility at Shell, within the Renewables & Energy Solutions team. He is responsible for corporate development (M&A), venture investments, JVs and strategic partnerships across the electric and future mobility sector. Since joining Shell in 2019, Daniel has led a number of mobility focussed venture deals (including Revel, Masabi, Envoy) and was lead on the recently completed acquisition of Ubitricity. Previously Daniel has held roles at Macquarie, EY and Accenture, working in corporate development and strategy across the technology, media, automotive and transportation sectors.
Bruno Marguet was appointed as President of the Rolling Stock and Components Platforms in January 2021.In this role, he is a member of the Alstom Leadership Team and responsible for driving Alstom’s Rolling Stock and Components business worldwide, leading and coordinating platform and component modules with a vehicle-wide system integration approach.
Bruno joined Alstom Transport in 1985 and since then he has held various leadership positions. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Platforms and Vice President for other functions including Alstom Strategy, Rolling Stock & Components and Mainline & Locomotives.
Born in 1962, Bruno Marguet attained a mechanical engineering diploma and a master’s degree in economic and administration from Lille University (France) in 1984. He then obtained a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Valenciennes (France) in 1990.
Dr. Jay Mariyappan joined Petronas in Oct, 2018 as Head of New Energy, a new business unit that has been set up within the PETRONAS Group to focus on clean energy. He has 20+ years working experience in the power industry and financial services with a focus on clean energy. His previous experiences varied from utility planning, project development, investments, operations, trading and business development in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa.
He spent 10 years at a Singapore based Renewable Energy developer where he was a Managing Director responsible for delivery, sales and trading of environmental products in Asia, and business development in South East Asia. Prior to that he was a Vice President, based in London, at a Global financial services firm where he focused on Clean Energy in India and other parts of Asia. Other roles include utility planning at a major utility power company and as an energy specialist at a renewable engineering company, where he was also seconded to the UK Government to advise on climate change mitigation projects and policy.
He holds a PhD from Imperial College, London in decentralized energy systems, a Master’s in Environmental Management from University of Nottingham, UK and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern, USA) and HKUST (Hong Kong).
Marc Perraudin began his career at Plastic Omnium in 1995. He held several positions in Innovation and Engineering within Intelligent Exterior Systems Division, and he was entrusted R&D Director in 2007.
He then held the position of Industrial Director and in January 2014 became Vice President Industrial & Engineering.
In 2018, he moved to the position of Vice President Programs, Sales, Engineering & Business Development.
Marc Perraudin joined then Clean Energy Systems Division, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Plastic Omnium New Energies as of March, 1 2020, in charge of developing the new Product Lines, related to hydrogen mobility in particular.
Marc Perraudin holds an Engineering Masters degree in Polymer Science from « Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie » in Rennes, and a Polymer Mechanical Engineering Masters degree from « Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielle » of Paris.

Edna Schöne acts as Member of the Board of Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft since 2015. Euler Hermes is the world's largest credit insurer, a company of Allianz. Mrs. Schöne is responsible for the Export Credit Guarantee Scheme of the German Government as well as for Legal & Compliance of the DACH-Region.
Being a lawyer she has worked for Euler Hermes in different positions in Legal as well as in Sustainability over the last 20 years. From 2009 to 2015 she was Head of Euler Hermes Liaison Office in Berlin. This office is the interface between Euler Hermes and the German Government. With her profound expertise of German Export Business and the Export Promotion Schemes of the German Government, Mrs. Schöne is a member of several advisory committees to business associations and the export finance industry. Since 2019, she is also Member of the Supervisory Board of TenneT.
Lorenz heads up the climate analytics team at ISS ESG Climate Solutions across Europe and the US. He is responsible for climate consulting towards institutional investor clients and the management of bespoke climate projects, such as TCFD reporting. He joined ISS ESG through the acquisition of oekom research in 2017 and worked in several functions in ESG products, indexing and business development prior to his current role. Lorenz holds a M.Sc. In Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from the Vienna University of Business and Economics and studied Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Mannheim and Central European University (CEU).
Louis Taylor is Chief Executive and Accounting Officer of UK Export Finance (UKEF), the UK’s export credit agency and Ministerial department. Louis also sits on DIT’s Board and Executive Committee as Director General.
Before joining UKEF, Louis held a range of senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including from 2013-15 as Chief Operating Officer of Group Treasury, based in London. Before that, he spent three years as the bank’s CEO for Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, based in Ho Chi Minh City. During this time he was also Vice Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Eurocham). He joined Standard Chartered in London in 2004, working in Group Corporate Development, which undertakes the bank’s acquisitions, divestments and other inorganic growth initiatives
Julien joined Meridiam in 2011. He serves as a Partner and Corporate Development Director and Executive Committee Member, with current responsibility over energy transition activities in Europe. He is also Chairman of the Board of Allego, the largest public EV charging network operator in Europe.
Prior to joining Meridiam, Julien worked at the French Ministry of Finance’s Agence des Participations de l’État, where he was inter alia responsible for managing the French Government’s shareholding in Électricité de France (EDF).
Ivan joined Macquarie in 2006 as a part of the Infrastructure team. Since 2017 he has led the ANZ Infrastructure and Energy team and in 2020 was appointed Head of Green Investment Group, Asia Pacific.Ivan’s range of expertise includes equity and debt arranging, buy and sell-side advisory roles, capital and strategic reviews for a number of corporate and government clients across the transport, utilities and PPP sectors.Ivan studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at University of Melbourne, and holds a Masters of Finance from INSEAD.
Allan is Global Head of Power Advisory & Project Finance. He has been involved in the power sector for more than 30 years, advising and financing projects in the thermal and renewable sectors around the world. More recently he has positioned Societe Generale as one of the leading financial institutions in the energy transition with extensive advisory and lending experience in offshore wind as well as being active in the newer areas of transition such as CCUS and hydrogen. In CCUS he has advised on some of the world’s largest CCUS projects including the Abu Dhabi CCUS, White Rose in the UK and currently Net Zero Teesside. He is a member of the UK government CCUS Council and Hydrogen Expert Group. Allan is a Fellow of the IMechE, a Chartered Engineer and holds an MBA.

Recent assignments include advisory to create a H2 clean fund, leading a strategic mandate related to the merger of Wintershall DEA and related new financing structure, the set up of a JV between Rubis Terminal and I squared with a new financing strategy, advising Angola LNG on an innovative financing structure,

Cécile Camilli was appointed Deputy Global Head of Export Finance in 2020.
Cécile has 20 years of experience within Societe Generale’s wholesale banking activities. She started as an Associate Banker in New York in 1999. In 2005, she became Head of the newly created Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) Loan Syndicate. In 2007, Cécile became Head of Corporate and Structured Finance Loan Sales in London. After three years, she joined Debt Capital Markets, in charge of the Russia & CIS team, before becoming Head of CEEMEA Debt Capital Markets in 2013.
Cécile has also been a member of Komerční Banka’s Supervisory Board since January 2019.
Cécile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine and a MBA in Finance from City University of New York.
Laurent has supervised the closing of over 60 Infrastructure finance transactions in Europe, as advisor and/or arranger, for various infrastructure asset classes including optic fiber, environment, social infrastructures and energy transition (including EV charging and the financing of Allego – awarded Innovation deal of the year by IJ Global).
Yasmine is based in Hong Kong and has the mandate to support sustainable deal origination across Asia Pacific region through originating mainstream sustainable financing, leveraging on our impact structuring expertise; as well as supporting our clients with structuring and advisory to accelerate the development of innovative solutions and new business models that deliver positive impact with scale up potential. Prior to that, Yasmine headed SG’s Export Finance team in London where she led a number of ECA project financing and advisory mandates.
Daniel is responsible for Société Générale’s Natural Resources & Infrastructure practice in Asia Pacific. The team’s activities include conventional and renewable power, oil & gas, LNG, base and precious metals, transportation and social infrastructure. He is based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in Société Générale’s New York-based Energy Project Finance Group, where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions in the conventional power, renewable energy, LNG and oil & gas sectors in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Daniel has over 18 years of experience in structured finance and has focused on the Energy and Natural Resources sectors for the past 15 years.
Daniel has been involved in several important transactions in the renewable energy sector across the region, including the 126 MW Formosa 1, the 370 MW Formosa 2, the 500 MW Yunlin and the 589 MW CXFD offshore wind farms in Taiwan, as well as the 140 MW Akita offshore wind farm in Japan – the five first offshore wind farms to be project-financed in Asia Pacific -, several projects in Indonesia such as the 180 MW Asahan 1 hydro power project, the 39 MW Hasang hydro power project and the 320 MW Sarulla geothermal project, 18 wind and solar power projects in Australia over the past 3 years, several hydro power projects in China, Chile and Peru, a 300 MW wind farm in Mexico and approximately 5000 MW of wind and solar capacity in the United States and Canada.

Olivier Musset is a Managing Director with Societe Generale in Paris and is their Global Head of the Energy Group covering advisory services as well as project, structured and reserved based financings for the oil & gas, power and renewable sectors and new emerging activities supporting the energy transition. He has spent 25 years in the energy industry as engineer, consultant and banker. He joined Societe Generale in 1993 from Technip. Before joining SG’s project finance team in 1997, he worked as an in-house oil & gas and petrochemicals consultant. Olivier is a petroleum engineer (Institut Français du Pétrole/Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Pétroles et Moteurs) and is a member of the French association for the energy industries (EVOLEN).
Gaëlle Olivier is appointed Chief Executive Officer, Societe Generale Asia Pacific in January 2020.Before joining Societe Generale, Gaëlle gained a solid experience in financial services, namely in financial engineering, asset management and insurance activities. She spent nearly twenty years at AXA, including ten years in Asia Pacific between Japan, India, China, Hong Kong and South East Asia. Gaëlle currently acts as a business angel and advisor to startups focused on Data and Innovation.
Gaëlle Olivier started her career at Credit Lyonnais as a Financial Engineer on Equity derivative products before joining AXA in 1998. Gaëlle held several senior executive roles at AXA during the following twenty years. She joined AXA Japan in 2005 as Head of Investment Operations and subsequently as Head of Strategy, Audit and Winterthur Japan integration. In 2009, she became AXA Group Head of Communications and Corporate Responsibility, and in 2011 came back to Asia as regional CEO for the Property & Casualty insurance business. In 2016, she became CEO AXA France Entreprises and in July 2016 CEO AXA Group Property & Casualty insurance business, becoming as such part of AXA Group Management Committee.

Hacina Py was appointed Global Head of Export Finance in October 2015 and took over the position of Head of Impact Finance Solutions in July 2019. An ambitious roadmap has been launched to spread the ESG culture among the various teams, with a complete training program both on general and technical matters, the set-up of an Asia team and of a community of 40 ESG champions spread among businesses and geographies, and the launch of innovative solutions to accompany the bank’ clients on their transition path.
Hacina joined Societe Generale in 1995 and has held various positions both in commercial and transversal roles, in Paris and abroad in the Global Finance division. In 1998, she joined the shipping finance team, then moved to Brussels in real estate finance in 2002, before transferring to Madrid in the asset based team. Back in Paris in 2007, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Asset Based Finance team and then took the lead of the Exposure Monitoring team in 2009. She was named Head of the Scarce Resources team for the Global Finance and Coverage and Investment banking divisions in 2012.
Hacina Py graduated from the EM Strasbourg business school and studied finance at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.
Philippe Tabouis was appointed Head of the Project and Export Finance team (within the Export Finance Dept.) in 2017.
He has more than 20 years of experience in structured finance, with advisory, arranging and restructuring in multiple sectors.
He started his career as Analyst at HSBC in Asset Finance in Paris and then in Client Coverage in London. In 2001, he joined Societe Generale’s Export Finance Dept. as Associate, then as Vice President. He moved as Director to Shipping Finance in 2007 and to Energy Project Finance, EMEA, in 2012.
Philippe graduated from ESCP Europe with a Master in Management and Finance in 1997.
Louis-Aynard de Clermont-Tonnerre has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in advising strategic and financial clients in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors across the globe. He is currently responsible for the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure Industry sector team at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking which he joined in 2006 after having spent 8 years at SG Cowen and SG Americas. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, disposals and cross-border transactions.
Louis-Aynard graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine in 1989, then obtained his Master in business and finance from Lyon Graduate School of Business (EM Lyon) in 1992. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1998.
Federico Turégano is the Global Head of Natural Resources and Infrastructure. The Natural Resources and Infrastructure group, part of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking’s Global Finance Division, is responsible for all advisory and financing activities in natural resources, energy, infrastructure and metals/mining sectors. Federico began his career at Societe Generale in Chicago in 1990 and has since covered large corporate clients in the US, was Deputy Head of the Financial Engineering team in Paris, was responsible for SG CIB’s Latin American network, was Deputy Head of the Corporates and Institutions Division for the Americas and Head of the Energy Group for the Americas. Federico has degrees from Boston College and the University of Chicago and is based in New York.
